1. Please note that paid orders are processed on a weekly basis.
For instance, after we confirmed your order and payment made within the same week, we will process the orders on Sunday and the 14 working days lead time will begin on the following Monday.
2. Courier charges are to be borne by buyer. (Pls view bottom of homepage for the rates)
3. Please make payment within 2 days after ordering.
4. Please transfer the exact amount stated in the confirmation email to our bank account, otherwise, no order is being made.
5. Goods are expected to arrive and reach buyer in 14 working days. Status will be refreshed at the record section once there is any update. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
6. If goods are unable to arrive within the 14 working days, Dreamers in Reality will post an update on the status of the goods on this website.
7. If the item that you ordered is out to stock, a full refund will be made.
8. No cancellation of order or refund of payment once the payment is being made.
9. Due to mass production, please allow 2-3cm different in measurement and weight may vary.
10. Colors may slightly differ due to the lighting and monitor resolution.
11. All items are new and are checked carefully for any defects before delivery by the suppliers. Thus goods bought and paid are not refundable or exchangeable.
12. Dreamers in Reality is not liable for any lost mail and damages caused via postage.
